Today Dr Johnsons dream is a reality and Web Mentors helped make it possible. Tom Mcauliffe had a dream of building a new kind of company. Frustrated by the bureaucratic overhead of typical agencies, Tom envisioned a nation-wide organization linked together virtually where the sales force was free to focus on clients and making sales. In 2001 Tom and Web Mentors began to create such a company. Today Capstone is the industry leader in it's market with over $10 Million inforce policy premiums and Toms dream is a reality and Web Mentors helped make it possible. Linda Torres had a dream of competing with National book retailers locally. When larger stores began to erode the market share, she decided to focus in an area where she had an advantage: Bend's local market. In 2003 Linda and Web Mentors began to offer local books, events, staff picks and rare books marketed directly to a growing store patronage. Today the Book Barn's dream is a reality and Web Mentors helped make it possible. Robert Pumphery dreamed of following his passion -photographing the majestic landscape around him. He had a vision of becoming a successful artist, selling fine art photography on the Internet. In 2004 Robert and Web Mentors built his web presence. Today Roberts work is showcased throughout the Northwestern United States and his dream of being a successful Fine Art Photographer is a reality and Web Mentors helped make it possible. Mike Skiens had a dream of improving his company, one of the nations oldest and largest independent agencies, by using the power of technology to access new markets. Web Mentors partnered with MasterCare to develop a series of resources which helped generate significant increases in revenues in new markets with less manpower than ever before possible and Web Mentors helped make it possible.
